User Agreement

Article One - Introduction and Definitions:

The above preamble is considered an integral part of this agreement. You will also find below the meanings and definitions of the main phrases used in this agreement:

Article 9 - Your personal information and transaction details information:

1. The user acknowledges that he grants the Novara Store an unlimited, global, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and licensed right to use information or personal materials or otherwise provided by the Novara Store platform or announced on the platform through your joining or use of it. Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:

2. You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through the Novara store.

Article Thirteen - Restricting Access or Membership:

Novara Store may suspend or cancel the user's membership or restrict the user's access to the platform's services at any time, without warning, for any reason, and without limitation.
